I want my samsung capped

On sat I got my new Samsung 4. But the MTN store was so busy I was not made aware of how its works on my anytime 200 price plan. I am use to a blackberry and I don't want my bill to run to thousands. I was advised that I can put a limit on for 450 a month. But I get the following on my package:
The Galaxy S4 (i9500) will be available on the new MTN Anytime 200 for R399 PM over 24 months. This deal includes R200 airtime, 200 SMSs, a 200MB Internet bundle and 30 minutes of free MTN-to-MTN calls. So my question is - how do I control my bill seeing that I always got airtime. Why cant I cap it. Where do I see my balance as when I call 808, 13, 555 it says I have no free minutes, no airtime and my balance is 450. Where do they get the 450 from? What happened to all my airtime that was on my phone? Nothing was advised. I want a limit on my contract. No website it confirms it will be a running contract and I have no control over my end bill. do not call me- email me in writing to [Email Removed]
