I bought R35 of vodacom airtime on 2013.08.12 because of the promotion where you buy R31 or more and you get R5 free airtime. I received confirmation of having the R40 airtime. The next day I checked my balance and all the airtime had gone. I checked all my calls and this was impossible by calling. I also only sent 5 sms's. I still had 3.6 MB on my data bundle and I always get notified when this is about to run out. No notification and I still had the 3.6 MB. So where did the airtime go? I checked on the website that day to find out and couldn't find where to see where the airtime had gone. Then I sent them an email and they directed me to the vodacom website where I had already been. Then I sent an email telling them to tell me exactly where to go and I found the place where to look. However, by this stage I had done over 10 transactions on my phone in the form of sms's and internet on the additional airtime and data bundle I had purchased so I could not access the free last 10 transactions. Now they want me to pay R10 for the last month's transactions! So now I must pay for something that seems like their error. I just want an emailed statement with transactions since 2013.08.12!
