Airtime Allocation Query

I have a S4 prepaid contract phone with Mtn, they usually load my airtime of R200 around the 11th, 12th etc of every month. On Sunday the 15th Sept i noticed my airtime was loaded. After an hour upon checking the airtime, i attempted to make a call and i got cut off when i check my balance i had 0.00 airtime whereas i never used the airtime it just disappeared. I tried several times to get help from Mtn i was told they will investigate. I haven't had a tangible feedback from them, in the last call to them i was told their story is not changing they don't know what happened to my airtime except that i used the internet that Sunday nothing more. When i asked what happened to the balance after i used the internet they couldn't tell me. I want to know what happened to my airtime as i am entitled to it because every 1st of the month Mtn debits from my bank account and i have a right to that airtime.
