On the 28 the i phone mtn on 808 complaint about my airtime.''the story is: at 22;00 midnight on the 27th i had R13 SOMETHING ON MY PHONE WHEN I WOKE UP ON THE 28TH AT 05;00 I HAD 00.00 BALANCE I LOADED AIRTIME OF R10.00 USING MY POINTS WHEN I CHECK THE BALANCE AGAIN AT 07.00 THAT MORNING MY BALANCE IS 00.00 THAT IS AFTER 2 HOURS I LOADED AIRTIME, I LOADED OTHER AIRTIME AGAIN OF R10.00 WHN I CHECK THE BALANCE AFTER 30 MIN MY BALANCE WAS 00.00 O LOADED OTHER AIRTIME AGAIN AT 10.00 O'CLOCK WHEN I CHECK MY BALANCE AFTER 1 HOUR ITS 00.00, I PHONE THE CALL CENTER THEY SAID I USED THE AIRTIME ON THE I INTERNET OF WHICH I ONLY LOG ON ON FACEBOOK ON MY PHONE AND THERE IS NO WAY I COULD USE 10.00 I'M BUST AT WORK I DONT SIT ON MY PHONE using internet, ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS SAID SHE'S GOING TO LOG ON ENQUIRY AND I'LL GET Y AIRTIME BACK.I PHONED SIBONELO ON THE 03 DEC, HE WANTED ME TO REPEAT THE STORY FOR THE 5TH TIME NOW AND HE SAID THE OTHERS I WONT GET MY AIRTIME BACK, HE HAD BAD ATTITUDE.DIDNT WANT TO LISTEN AND I ALSO WANT TO KNOW FROM MTN WHERE IS MY ARTIME AS THERE IS NO WAY IN A PERIOD ON 3 HOOURS .Sibonelo said the Supervisor will call me in 2 hr which never happened
