I went to vodashop to do a celphone upgrade and i asked the consultant to do a sim swap for me as i have lost my sim card and she told me i must come and do the sim swap before 1st July as the data will be loaded then, on Monday 1st July i went to the store to do a sim swap and Grace worked on the system for more that 5 minute and after that she told me that the system is actualy slow and it might be off line she took my name and number and told me that she will do it first thing tomorow morning and i must come in the evening to collect the sim card and the next day on the 2nd July i went there again as instructed and when i got there i told the consultant that i was there for a sim swap and they told me that they do not do sim swap in that store i have to go to vodacom4U and i asked them why did Grace Ndlovi tell me to come and collect the sim card i mean i have wasted 3 trips going into that store for nothing how rude mxm very agry i have Vodacom :( i regret taking up a contract with them...
