Lost my phone and got a new numberless SIM from a shop to do a swap. Did as instructed on the package to phone (Saturday 6 July afternoon) 140 to do the SIM swap. I was told that the information is passed to another "department" who will phone me back in 2-4 hours to complete the swap. 2 days later on Monday 8 July still no call. At midday on Monday I phoned again, got the same answer, I will get a call in 2-4 hours. It is now another 21 hours later (9:00 9 July) and still nothing. Why do we have to resort to HP? Cant you just sort yourself out?
