Through September and October I had bad service with Afrihost unable to give me a line speed on my 4gb uncapped line, I decided to then cancel the line and my adsl line. I emailed my confirmation to ensure both the uncapped and adsl were cancelled, on the 30th of October I received an email from Lucky informing me all was in order cancellation pending 30 November. I received an invoice with on Friday charging me for the adsl line and when I mailed them, they said the adsl line was still active!!! I have proof of cancellation! I cannot get through to anyone in afrihost as the call centre is not answering an I'm phoning Cape Town to joburg! Held on for 45 minutes! Eventually gave up! They are my money!
