I went to the vangate mall last night (31 May) store to do a sim swap just after 7pm and was told they cant process the request because the "portal" closes after 7pm daily yet the store trades till 9pm. I then called the vodashop in canal walk and asked them if they were able to process a sim swap if I came through immediately, they were only but glad to help me AFTER 7pm. I then spoke to someone the next day at the Kenilworth centre vodashop and he told me they can do a sim swap at any time as long as they are not offline. so why is it that the vodashop in vangate mall cannot process a sim swap after 7pm?
