MTN signal becoming a myth in my area

I'm currently receiving no assistance from MTN to improve my poor cellphone reception i've phoned the coverage department twice and still nobody is coming out to investigate my problem
My signal is between 2 bars edge and bars hsdpa so the phone is useless and then there's at least 2 hours each day where i have no reception. My newly found business has now already taken a big hit because people can't reach me!
This is the service i get for 9 years loyalty to MTN
I just want someone to come out and do an inspection it's that easy
