Poor signal reception

To be honest ive been with mtn for years since i was 15. almost 25 years on ive stuck with them as my sole telecommunications provider. The issue i raise is that of the poor or rather lack of a 3G let alone LTE signal in secunda. These days almost everyone has a smartphone. Smartphones thrive on fast signal connections such as 3G and also in my case LTE. The majority of secunda only sees a maximum of 4 bars of edge. As such im appalled that mtn has refused to adrress this signal problem. Secunda hosts SASOL, the company for which i work. This is also a national key point yet we have such poor reception or service from mtn. Please address the situation or you leave me no choice but to jump ship like most other high paid engineers i know, to vodacom who have a reallytstrong LTE signal and all of secunda is covered.
