I have NO cell reception, the network coverage is horrific everywhere in Johannesburg. I live in Honeydew where it shows I have 5 bars and 3g but nobody gets through when they phone and I can't phone out or sms or even go on the internet. I work in Sandton where the signal reception if also very poor.
I phoned and emailed custeomer care. They were NOT helpful. The lady could not here me on the line because of the bad signal. Why should I pay for something that does not work. I want to cancel both my Cell C contracts, one is through Nashua mobile. I will not pay any cancellation fees, your service is pathetic.
