I reported to Vodacom that the house I moved into has very poor signal reception and that my Data modem goed from full HSDPA signal down to edge and then disconnect. Then I struggle to connect and must remove the modem and then start the process all over again. When calling or receiving a call I can hear the person on the other side very well but they can only hear stuttered voice from my side and the signal shows about 3 bars on iphone.
After 2 week (after I was told I would receive feedback within 7 days) I again called in to find out what is going on and only to find out that no call was logged. I again reported the problem on the 4th of January 2014 and stil to this day I have not received any feedback from Vodacom at all.
