New Cellphone Contract / Porting of Numbe

I finalised my new contract at MTN - Pavilion (Pick n Pay Level) on Wednesday (26-06-2013) last week and was asked to wait until I received sms notification regarding the 'porting over" of my cell number from Autopage to MTN before I could go back to store and pick up my new phone.

I did as directed and after receiving the sms notification -returned to the store on Saturday (29-06-2013) to pick up my phone when I was told to wait another 24 hrs for activation. It has been 48 hrs and still no activation, I called 031 5028500 and was transferred to 'Activations' department where the Agent -Lolo told me that the my phone no: 082 875 7770 on sim card no: 2165678964 had been activated. This means that sim card no: 2165679558 which was supplied to me and in my new phone is incorrect! She asked me to contact the store to rectify the problem.

I tried calling the store on 083 869 8101 and 083 2129017 however these numbers are never answered.
The agent at 031 5028500 said she would send an e-mail to the MTN Store at Pavilion (Pick n Pay level) so someone could call me to rectify the situation however nobody has contacted me yet?
