Ad service- one to one department

On the 30/01/2013 I applied for a contract with the One to One department involving the porting of my number from vodacom to mtn. On the 03/02/2013 my vodacom sim card was disconnected and I was told I was sent my new mtn sim card and it would be delivered the next day, my sim was not dlivered so I contacted the call centre and informed them, they said that they had gave the courier company the incorrect delivery address so they would cancel that sim immediately and send me a new sim. Only a week later I was sent my new sim. I was told to wait 48 hours for activation 48 hours passed and my sim was still not activated I then called the call center and asked to speak to the manager, she said that mtn rejected my activation because my old sim had not been deactivated and they would then cancel both sims and send me another sim. A week later I was sent another sim, I waited 48 hours but still no activation. Today its the 19/02/2013 which is almost three and a half weeks and my problem still hasn't been resolved due to their neglegence and my situation hasn;t been attended to with the urgency that is required. Terrible service!!!
