Porting or snorting?

I'm a loyal cell c client who went to the cell c customer store in tygervalley on 25/04/2013 to port the vodacom cellphone number given in the details to cell c. Up to now, no port has been done as of date of post. This is unacceptable. Activation is certified in 24 hours. I am now on 72 hours plus and I am loosing a lot of money due to no delivery of services. I have been contacting the porting department on Friday and Monday and been told that it will be finalised by the evening. BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENS AND I HAVE TO PHONE AGAIN TO START ENQUIRY ALL OVER AGAIN. And when i want to speak to the supervisor, i get told he is not at his desk. After 72hours i expect the port to be finalised asap! Last Ref nr is 1786841
