Dropped off phone still under waranty for repairs Sunday before. Was given a call to pick up phone thats been repaired.
Pick it up the Sunday after. Phone still not working, in-store the employees do not know why and hand me a number to call. Call on the next day Monday since the number is only Monday to Friday 8-5pm.
Now they say no proof that i purchased phone with them. I only have 1 Blackberry 9800 taken on contract from MTN.
When intially purchased phone there was a problem and MTN gave me another, THEY have not recorded this IMEI number under the contract and therefore have no records on this phone?
Why not tell me this at the beginning? Why make me wait 2 hours each time for drop off and pick up when they did nothing!
