Still phonless after 6 days

I recently upgraded my prepaid number to a contract with the new iphone 5s. I did the paperwork and collected the phone on Wednesday.the phone would not get any signal, assuming it was the sim card, i returned to the store and asked. They had initially copied down the Sim number wrong, hence no activation. On Friday i returned to the store again, the phone still would not pick up signal, the store gave me another sim card, which they said would be active in 4 hours. On Friday night i called the call centre, they said there is no record of its activation, so i activated it. On Saturday i called once again as there was no change with the phone. The lady said the phone is faulty so i should give it back and receive a new one. I returned the phone, and received a new sim for my old phone, this sim has still not been activated, the store failed to do so, and it is impossible to get through on the vodacom business line. The follow up from my previous complaint hasn't even followed up with me?! Honestly Vodacom? apparently I will only be able to collect a new iphone next week?! I have already been billed for it however.
