Poor service

I went to the vodacom store in cresat shopping centre on saturday the 21 december 2013. My request was simple: cancel my pre-paid sim card and transfer my existing cell number to a contract phone and sim card. I was promised that my phone would be activated within 4 hours on the vodacom network but this did not happen. On sunday the 22nd december i went back to the store for them to check on my activation and the sale lady assured me that it would be done later that day. She said that someone "forgot to activate my contract sim". No activation went through on the 22 december. On the 23rd december i called the store again, some answered and put me on hold fo 7 minutes. I called back and was told that she had "forgot" that i was on the line. I was put through to a lady named amber who said she would activate my line but needed by phone serial number and sim number which i provided and was told it would be activated. Today is is th 24th december and my sim is still not activated. I had to call back as no one has called me and was told by amber that she is trying to get ahold of shumon to get my sim card number. So, very poor service from this vodacom store.
