My ID & bank account was used to open a MTN contract. I contacted MTN in March, sent an email to [Email Removed] Spoke to the dept & was asked to resend info which I did to same email add. I provided an affidavit and all legal docs as I did not open this contract. MTN has not bothered to call or investigate. have heard nothing. Similar incident with Vodacom but they cleared up the matter in a week! I have contacted an attorney and am now reporting this matter to ICASA. Its unacceptable that your dept just leaves the matter and doesnt bother to call. We'll see what ICASA has to say, I am not responsible for this contract as I didnt authorise it. its like MTN is making it easy for!
