MTN SERVICE HORRENDOUS

I cannot begin to explain how fuming I am with MTN service!!! I walked into Norwood MTN to sign a new contract for a Sony Xperia, and was told after I get approved, they need to source he phone from another branch or the warehouse. I received an sms stating I was approved, but they are waiting for the phone. A few days later, I called to ask the status of the phone, and was told they cannot find stock, I may need to sign a different contract for a different phone. I DONT WANT A DIFFERENT PHONE! but ok, I personally phone MTN Rosebank, and am told they have 1 Sony in stock, if i can phone Norwood and get the contract and forward it, They will try and handle it..I should phone to get my contract to forward to another branch??? OK, so I phone, and after about 7 calls between the Norwood and Rosebank branches to find out if they've sent/received my contract, I eventually ask Norwood to forward it directly to me, and I will personally forward it to Rosebank, which I did, and received an email response saying " cannot view the attachment because the is error regarding with my email."... DEAR MTN, YOUR SERVICE WAS HOPELESS!!!
