ACTS NOT BEING ATTENDED TO

I am utterly disgusted with Telkom and KPMG and how they handle issues pertaining to. I have been a victim of and my identity used to open some accounts and Telkom was the first which makes me wonder how they conduct verifications pertaining new accounts prior to approving them. After dealing with Telkom going back on forth on an acc opened using my details, they refered me to KPMG. I called KPMG and the man I spoke to advised that I send an affidavit through via email which I did on the 10/09/2013 . Since then I have not heard anything from Telkom or KPMG in regards to the investigation or any acknowledgement that they received all the docs from my side. Now I have another company which used MY details to open another account which I cannot recall. They took 3 days to be exact to investigate, cancel everything and report the matter to Credit Bureau of someone using my identity to open accounts. Now, why cant Telkom or KPMG do the same as especially since they are such huge companies reputable companies. I called KPMG last week but still, and so did my attorney and guess what... no feedback whatsoever. I'm still waiting... clearly this is not a serious matter to any of
