Billing and no response

I've sent several emails to vodacom quering my billing, I sent emails last week as well as posted on hellopeter and contacted ICASA, they have not contacted me to resolve my query... I'm so annoyed with vodacom, how much more can I do? All I want is feedback and for vodacom to investigate my complaint... this service is really unacceptable! I need somebody who can actually assist me to contact me, I've been quering my billing from last month and the agents have been of NO HELP! I have an even bigger problem with my billing this month and nobody has bothered to take this matter up further! Please have somebody check all my emails that I've sent as well as contact me, I need to take this matter up further so if you can provide me with the ombudsmans details as well then I would appreciate that.
