Vodacom NEVER getting back to me after!

I realised that Vodacom has been decucting money from my bank account for an account that is not mine. I called them up and they confirmed that this is not my account, somehow another person managed to link their account to my bank account. Hard to believe I had to jump through hoops to get a contract, but someone 'somehow' managed to use my bank info for their account with Vodacom. I had to go to police station for affidavit stating this is not my acc and I did not authorise this acc to be deducted from my bank acc. I also had to go to bank to get bank statements as proof. All these frustrating things I had to do using MY time. Faxed it all though to V as requested, I was promised someone would phone me in 24hrs. Needless to say, I have had to phone THEM many times now, every time with the 24hr promise, and nothing ever comes of it. The call centre acc dept say they dont deal with it, but they also cannot put me through to that dept... I am out of options, and I want ANSWERS! Who is responsible for this 'mistake'? When am I getting my money back and how will I be compensated for this HUGE inconvenience? I should probably not have expected anything better from them though...
