Upgrade after i cancelled my contract

Upgrade done under my name after I cancelled my account towards end of may. Discovered that when I was debited a R429 on the 28th June. Initial contact with vodacom is 5th jul.i have been calling them till today with no joy. Consulted who handled the upgrade is Naseeba. Upgrade was done in Pretoria metro home centre schoeman by a male and I am a female. Sayvan store manger sent me to police station to open a case and said my case is sent to &risk dept, n that they will phone to get the case number or I must call them. My attempt to open a case failed cos I did not have the bank statement at the time. Phoned Vodacom to speak to dept and was transferred to upgrades. I was told to make affidavit not case and fax with certified id copy. Later I called and was provided by Sindi who said it will cum to her or Irene and they process my query. Phoned again on 23rd and was told that Virgil-investigating officer will call me back-he never called. Phoned again today and spoke to Tarryn who said no docs were received, she referred me to her manager Masebati. I was told that I must re-fax the docs, then they will start with the investigations. I was debit R958 again today.
