I recently open a data contract with cell called GIGA20, I made my homework to check coverage for area. For the past 2 months I find myself being unable to access data services after 17:00 everyday. I called cellc "technical dept" to hel but they were as useless as their service. I wonder why cellc was bragging about a network that is as useless as their network technicians. I had end up requesting cancellation of that contract and I'm still waiting. I have logged a complain with ICASA regarding this matter and hope to get a respond soon. I will followup my complain with ICASA to make sure that cellc get a penalty in accordance with the ICA for bridge of contract with ICASA.
