On the 8th/06/2013 I took my phone for repair in Vodaworld Midrand, I gave a consultant two alternative numbers to contact me. One of them got hold of my wife and told her I'll have to pay more than R500 to repair blackberry 9300 touch pad, I then when there again on the 15th/06/2013 and the receptionist told me to wait for an sms and I asked where will the sms be sent only to find out it will be sent to my Vodacom number that I don't have phone to use in the meant time. I asked her to change it to 0848424560 and she advise me to wait after long weekend till Thursday for an sms as I cancelled the repair with her. but till today no sms nothing, what a bad service form big company like Vodacom...!!!
