They refused to fix my Blackbery 9300

Circa 24/09/2012, I bought a Blackberry 9300 from CNA Benoni. They advised me that the mobile phone has a 2 year warranty. On 26/11/2012, the mobile phone froze. I took it to Vodacom Repairs Lakeside. According to them, they upgraded the software and I collected it on 01/12/2012. On the 15/10/2013, the mobile phone froze and stopped to recharge power. On the 17/10/2013 my niece returned the phone to Vodacom Repairs Lakeside to be fixed. They told her that if it was broken due to negliegence, they would charge R59.00 before they could repair it. On 23/10/2013, I receiced a message from Vodacom that reads; "Evening the estimate for 9290871 the device will be returned not repaired for further info contact VODACOM REPAIRS LAKESIDE 08213512" On 26/10/2013, I went to Vodacom Repairs Lakeside to find out find why they did not fix my phone. A consultant by the name of Riaan told me that they returned the phone because they could not get hold of me, actually they wanted to tell me that they have found out that I have physically damaged the charger hole, therefore Blackberry will not fix it unless I pay R600.00. How can I break my phone. This phone has broken underwarranty :-)
