27/09/2013 Was gaurenteed by reception that phone would be warranty repaired due to the phone not working anymore - screen non reponsive.
Was informed today 08/10/2013 that its not a warranty repair and would cost R4000 to repair.
Have since checked online to find that this is a common factory fault of Sony Xperia z`s and that SOny is not willing to warranty repair this.
Vodacom will lose at least R500 a month because I refuse to pay the repair cost of this shoddy phone and backup repair service and cant wait to cancel this contract due to there lack of warranty on this SONY flagship device. Apparantly if it was a SAMSUNG two repairs of the same prblem would be free of charge.
CAnt wait for the free wifi and my data contactcs will be the next to be cancelled.
