After my complaint on the 29th May 2013 I was immediately contacted by Kate from MTN who promised that she will have my premium refunded as after she listened to the numerous calls I made she agrees that they were WRONG IN DEDUCTING from my account. I have sent many follow up emails with obviously no response. I cannot help but think that the only way to get a response from these people is to put in a complaint on HELLO PETER. Is this what service has come to???
