I have taken out a two year contract, first year no problems then probably three months into second year i cant make calls with the phone, i get hold of a consultant who tells me i need to switch the phone off then on again, this goes on for about two months after numerous phone calls to Cell C, each consultant has a different story of whats going on, then eventually someone with brains finds out that my phone has been blocked as a result of being, not true, i then get an affidavit stating i am in possesion of the phone, so with that i take it to the store in kenilworth, gets sent for repairs, comes back about 3 months later saying they cant fix, the phone eventually goes back again with another long wait, comes back same response, i then get a refurbished phone of which the keypad was loose goes in for repairs an comes back to me with a note that they cant fix it, what is going on Cell C, out of all the consultants there was about two who was helpful, the rest kept feeding me, all the frustation i am going through for almost a year now, i have then put a claim in for compensation with a promise of feedback, once again i had to call back a couple of times, what nex
