I have booked a Blackberry 9300 in for repair on 28 January 2013 at Menlyn repair centre job no. 8549325-22295222 with a broken charging port. on Sunday 10 February 2013 I phoned to find out about the status of this repair, I was informed that there is a quotation for repair seeing they say this is physical damage, I do not agree with that statement seeing that this was a refurbished phone that I received about 4 months ago, I believe that I received a faulty phone on the exchange. I have taken this up with Vodacom repair escalations, I sent an e mail with some questions, I received feedback but none of my questions were answered. I also believe that there is a problem with the charging port on the Blackberry 9300 seeing that thousands of people worldwide are complaining about it. I want answers on my questions from Vodacom on what charger must I use if I can not use the supplied Blackberry charger because this charger damages the phone, I also want someone to show me physical abuse on the phone. Vodacom are very one sided when it comes to complaints, there are no phone numbers you can phone or people you can go and see, you can only send an e mail and then Vodacom will ignore you.
