I upgraded my contract on 7 May 2013 at Autopage and ordered the Blackberry Q10. The upgrade consultant told me that the phone will be delivered within 2-10 working days. After day 5 I started calling them, only to hear that they do not have stock yet, and they wait for procurement.
Then, on 21 May I got an email indicating that the phone was expected the first week in June. I kept on calling to determine when I would be getting my phone. Every time I hear that they do not have stock but they will receive soon.
On 11 June I heard that the new delivery date is end of the month. On 12 June I heard that Autopage have not ordered this phone yet.
Now, on 11 June I escalated this issue (ref nr A130 611 3750) to Lucretia. I got an sms indicating that the issue would be sorted within 24 hours and Lucretia phoned me the same day with the same, useless answer: "we are still waiting for stock". I did not accept this answer as it tells me nothing new and still leaves me in the dark.
I'm still waiting for Lucretia's phone call despite 3 more messages left to her.
Autopage, is this the kind of service you are proud of?
