TWO MONTHS - NO DELIVERY OF UPGRADE

I upgraded one of my contracts two months ago. First problem; no one contacted me to let me know the item out of stock has been delayed. So I called Autopage to learn this. I changed the phone to one in stock. Eventually I received it BUT without my voucher. I have been calling Autopage ever since every three to five days to follow up as no one at Autopage gives feed back. With this company you will be doing all the follow up work as every one at Autopage thinks they are above that. Not Thabiso, not George, nor Lucricia Kahn can be bothered to call their customer even after promising to do so. So once again I will have to make the call. The next BIG problem is that the staff at upgrades have been lying to me as they all said their is no stock of the voucher. Lucricia, apparently so high up she also cant call back, told me their is 16000 vouchers in stock. The latest thing I heard is that the couriers sent the voucher back to Autopage as they could not get hold of me and that something is wrong with my address. Then explain how they were able to deliver the phone some weeks previous? With Auotpage be sure of THE WORST SERVICE AND BEING TO. I will find a new service provider!!!
