I am actually over this and discussed by the customer services, so cross i can drive there and shove the contract

1Sep bill arrived i complained and said sort it out, 2 weeks went by no feedback I followed up - NO FEEDBACK
Kept mailing Lucretia to find out whats going on as i don't hear from her.

27Sep i mailed her saying - if you debit my account without telling me whats going on i am going to be MAD!!
30 Sep came debit order went off, i phoned bank and declined, I mailed her told her you debit my account???
No feedback!

I got an sms to say my account was not paid, I mailed Lucretia saying that I got this and to please make sure I dont get CUT!
10 Oct, I got a message my phone is suspended ARG!!! MAD
I asked a fried to call Lucretia and tell her to phone me ASAP, still waiting for the call.

She sent me an e-mail saying that she will get it sorted within 2- 24hours, i replied and said NO i warned you in advance NOT TO CUT MY PHONE sort it out NOW, its 11:35 my phoned is still off. I then phoned Autopage and sort it out with Lungisi, 2 hours and my phoned will be on.

I am disgussed in your customer care and been with Atopage for long and this is the service!!!
