On the 26th of June I ordered a cellphone upgrade and was told they had stock, delivery should be 2 to 5 days. Two weeks later I get a delivery but only a sim card is delivered, so I phone and cancel my upgrade if the phone is not there the next day. Now another two weeks later the courier company pitches up with a delivery of two phones in two different packages. I still have not had anyone from autopage phone me to explain or offer some excuse. So I will be terminating my contract when my term is up next month.
