AUTOPAGE IS USELESS!!

Good day,

my phone broke on 14 December 2012.
I took it in to Autopage cellular in Montana on the 8th of January 2013
It is now the 8th of Feb 2013 and yet i do not have my phone back!!!
if it was not for me phoning every week Autopage would not Contact me at al!!!

Eventually i found out that my blackberry was unrepearable and i had to phone the insurance MYSELF, submit theclaim form MYSELF and today had to find out MYSELF that the calim was actually approved.

why in the world do i have an autopage account if the DO NOT HELP AT ALL!!!

when i phoned today, i had to hold on for half an hour the first time, whereafter the lady on the other side said that she would phone me back, after more than 3 hours i hear nothing from hear, tried to phone again but after holding on for more than an hour eventually ran out of airtime - THANX AUTOPAGE!!

so where is my phone??
when wil i hear anything??

Autopage, if i do not get a response within a reasonable time i WILL make a case of aginst you seeing as you my phone, then i will also make a case against you seeing as the consumer protection act prohibits you to withhold my asset!!!
