UNACCEPTABLE (Service?)

More that two weeks back I contacted AutoPage Capegate in connection with a upgrade.
I asked for the Samsung E2121.But they had no stock. A week later I contacted them again. They said that the phone was not available any more. I ordered the Nokia Asha 205.That was not in stock either.
I am waiting for more that a week for the phone.

A week back I contacted AutoPage Century City and spoke to Anastasia. She said that's she's to busy and that she will call me back in 30min. One week later I am still waiting. This morning 1 June 2013 I called Celia. I confirmed the price for an upgrade on my contract for the Huawei E303.@ R49 (List on Autopage web site)
I went to the branch. When I got there I spoke to her and Rozina. Said that the Huawei was not loaded on their system. So I went all the way for nothing.

Every two years when I upgrade both of my contracts I have the same terrible service from Autopage. I want Autopage to check my number and tell me how old this contract is. I think I took this out 14 YEARS BACK!!! And every two years something goes wrong. I upgraded my 083 66 3333 9 contract in August last year. Two months back there was a billing error that was still not corrected. UNACCEPTABLE
