MISPLACED MY PHONE

I signed up with Altech Autopage and received a blackberry 9360. From day one the phone started giving me problems and after 3 months of frustration, i senT it away (through altech autopage branch in East London) for repairs.

After a month of waiting to hear back, I called into Autopage branch in East London on the 22nd of June and asked if the phone had come back yet. The gentlemen said that it was couriered from JHB to EL on the 21st of June and that they should receive it any day now. I called in a couple of days later and they said they werent sure where the phone is as it should of arrived by now.

I called in a week later and they said they were still waiting to hear back from head office. I called in a week later and they said they are still waiting... it has now been 3 weeks and no one is closer to finding my phone... in the mean time Im still paying my RIM fees and for the phone??? Obviously this is extremely frustrating and irritating...
