Upgrades done with no stock

I applied for an upgrade on 11 April 2013, and was promised delivery of my phone 5 -10 working days. I am still waiting for the phone. I am told that they invoiced a sim card to me now, but the phone is out of stock. What use is this with no phone. When I asked ANY questions the answer is I DONT KNOW.. I am not able to cancel the upgrade or anything and AUTOPAGE wonderful response is I DONK KNOW. I CAN TRACK IT AND I CANT TELL YOU. Service is PATHETIC!!! Any queries you lodge online is ignored and you only receive an SMS back saying the problem has been resolved, while NOTHING has been done. Two years ago I had bad service but decided to give Autopage another chance. NOTHING has changed!! Service still poor!!!
