Poor Service delivery and non response

I have been a customer of Autopage for last 12 yrs. I handed in my iPhone to Autopage last month for an insurance claim (both my contract and insurance is through them) it is now more than 6 weeks later and I still don't have my replacement phone. My insurance cover is R15, 000, insurance approved a replacement phone on 5 June - 3 weeks later and all I hear is there is no stock or they waiting to hear from insurance. Are they saying, in 3 weeks, not one single phone that fits my profile? Oh, and insurance blame their stock department and Autopage Pavilion blame the insurers, I am the client of Autopage Pavilion and that is who I expect to take responsibility and represent me. If I'd claimed from my own insurance, I would have had the money to replace the phone in less than 36 hours after the claim ie would had the replacement phone in May already! I also have 2 contracts with Autopage for my children for the last 4 years, and our contracts together are in excess R2, 400 a month. Today I have tendered our notice and am investigating transferring my contracts. I still await a refund for the BBM service, surprise, Autopage never disabled this service when I renewed my contract a yr ago
