Bad service twice in less than 12 months

I visited the store on 05/06 for an upgrade. After comparing two devices, I selected a Sony. They didn't have stock but said that they would have the following day and would call me. When I followed up on Saturday they still didn't have stock but I also saw on my application that they wrote Samsung. They assured me that the error would be corrected and that I would have the correct phone by today. When I went there to enquire they could still not give me a phone and they had still not corrected their mistake. I cancelled the upgrade with them and went to the store in Key West where I was assisted and left WITH the correct phone in under an hour. This is the second time in less than 12 months that I got really, really bad service from this outlet. The staff don't look professional, they have no people skills and appear to not want to be there. I will definitely NOT purchase anything from that outlet ever again. To the lady that assisted me at Key West - you are a star, keep up the good work!
