Bad Service form MTN the Grove

So yesterday i went to do my upgrade on my phone. Willem Bronkhorts assisted me. Everything went well i can upgrade, until he said sorry no stock. but new stock will be in tomorrow. After several attempts to contact them, they answer and said yes stock has arrived. I went in my lunch hour as we are leaving for holiday after work. Willem was busy with another client and asked another guy couldn't get his name as he didn't where his name tag to help me. with his attitude i could see he didn't what to. He made copy's of my Id and asked my cellphone number. All he said is no upgrade only on the 1ste (2 days) and walked away. now my question is why tell me to come back tomorrow if i cant upgrade yet, and when i upgrade how long am i going to what for stock if they don't have?
