Terrible Service - Altech Autopage Cellula

Last week I requested a contract upgrade. The upgrade specifies that I will receive the Samsung S4 under the Smart L package. I requested the order from Head Office. The lady I spoke to said that they did not have the phone in stock and that it could up to 3 weeks for the phone to arrive. I was upset about this but the lady assured me that instead i can approach a nearby autopage outlet to get the phone sooner. So, Saturday morning I went to Sandton City to get the phone. I spoke to Mohammed Ravat. He said that we first had to cancel the original order. He assured me that he would be able to cancel the upgrade and deliver the phone by Tuesday. At first I was skeptical about cancelling the first order but he assured me that they would not run out of stock at the outlet by Tuesday. Come Tuesday, Mohammed emailed me to tell me that he could not cancel the upgrade. So I had to phone Head Office to cancel it myself. Once it was cancelled, I contacted Mohammed and asked him to deliver the phone. He only then told me that the outlet was out of stock. I'm very very upset about this - I don't have the S4 and the order has been cancelled!!! Poor service!!!
