So yesterday i went to upgrade my phone. Willem Bronkhorst assisted me, everything went well until he said sorry new stock will arrive tomorrow, i can come back then to get my new phone. One day wont hurt as i am very excited. This morning after several attempts to get hold of Mtn, they told me the stock had arrived. I went in my lunch hour, as we are leaving on holiday after work. Willem was busy with another client, so i asked another guy couldn't get his name as he didn't where his name tag if he can help me as i was on the clock, in his attitude i could see he didn't what to help. He made copy's of my Id and went in to the system. All he said was no upgrade, you can only upgrade on the 1ste of next month (in 2 days). And walked away.. now my question is why tel me to come back tomorrow if i cant upgrade, and am i going to what for new stock and how long???
