Galaxy S3 not delivered

I was due for an upgrade on 01/02/2013. About 2 weeks ago I went to the Vodashop in Key West and told them I was due for an upgrade an that I want the Galaxy S3. They told me I must came on Sunday the 27th of Jan to order the phone because they don't have it in stock. They put in the orders on Monday and on Tuesday the phone will be there. On Wednesday the 30th of Jan I went to Vodashop and the phone was there. They could not gave it to me because my upgrade date was the 1st of Feb. The salesperson (unfortunately I did not got her name) wrote my name, phone number and the words BOOKED on the sealed box. Yesterday, the 1st of Feb I went to Vodashop to pick up my phone. This arrogant guy ask if he can help me and I told him I am there to collect the phone. He told me thy don't have the S3 in stock. I told him the whole story and he said that he sold that phone that afternoon. Is this now great service or what? I asked him what is he going to do about it. He promised that they will receive new stock today and he will phone me the moment it arrives. What a lie, they only order on a Monday and receive stock on a Tuesday. It is now 5pm on the 2nd of Feb and I am still waiting.
