Three Weeks ago I tried to buy a Samsung Note 10.1 and Galaxy Camera, but no stock. Every day the stock was coming in the next day, as the stock was apparently in their warehouse, and they were just waiting for delivery. I left it, went to the UK and didn't buy them there because I thought I would support the SA Operation. That was a HUGE MISTAKE, because now after 3 weeks, "they've just ordered stock today".
Did they have stock for the last 3-weeks? According to them they didn't. So they were lying to me before.
Today they confirmed that they had 10 x S4 phones in stock. I told the person on the line to make sure, they called to someone else in the shop, and confirmed they had stock. This was at 4:30pm.
At 5:30pm, I get there, and find they're all too busy playing games on their phones and surfing the internet to care about a customer. Surprise, surprise, no stock!
The Samsung store which never has stock was previously a Sony store which also never had stock. Instead of wasting money on rent, staff and advertising, you will get a better return if you actually have something to sell!
With their sales service so dismal, I would hate to experience their after-sales service!
