After battling to log on to the website (my own fault) I phoned MTN to cancel the BIS on my account as BB has packed up and no longer need the service.
Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person I spoke to but she was extremely helpful and polite and managed to cancel my BIS on the phone in less than 2 minutes.
