Good day,
I logged a No Service ticket on Wednesday 05/06/13 for my ADSL line and have not had any feedback regarding this. I have been without internet since Tuesday night. I called again on 08/06/13 and spoke to James. I was informed that the call had been escalated twice and still had no response. He informed me that it would be escalated to Telkom and that I would get an update on Sunday 09/06/13. I never received any update.
This is the first time I have had such a bad response from Afrihost and hope that this can be sorted out ASAP.
