I signed up for the Afrihost mobile package. I received the SIM in good time, but lately I am having issues with connectivity on the Afrihost APN. I can't get hold of anyone on their support number as I am not prepared to wait longer than 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone.
So I logged a ticket via their internal support ticketing system. That was last night. I have replied twice on the thread and so far nothing. No response no nothing. Calling the support number in the evenings is a complete waste of money and time as well. I have put the phone down twice as it went over 20 minutes.
So much for "Pure Internet Joy"
