3.06.13 i went to mnt to buy a Samsung N8000 tablet. I spoke to Christian Swart. while assisting me, he helped 3 other people.- so much for personal attention, more like distracted attention. My B/F said its good for him to be able to help so many people at once, but i don't like it at all, because he does not concentrate on what he is doing.
He only sent me the contract on the 6.10.13 18:43 via email and asked to fill it in and sent it back to Christian 07.10.13 09h04. I phoned mtn during the week to find out if they sent&found the contract, and NOT ONCE answered their phone. (083 869 1481 AS ON THEIR WEBSITE).
I phoned them Thursday from 5-6 not once did they answered. i phoned them Friday from 4 - 6 not once did they answer. I was driving home with my friend during that time.
A week later i went to mtn, got poor services and empty promises. while helping me Christian walked away helped someone else. Just left me there and said he's going cash up. so i left, I phoned to find out the progress on tablet&still do they not answer the phone. Its so frustrating! They don't answer phone, give bad service. its 10.06.2013 and still awaiting phone call on update of tab. Reg. Sunel
